A slice of the action at Ft Fido!

Here's a peek at the pooches that spent the day (and for a couple of them, the night) with us here at the Fort. First up is a clip from the big roll-- a whole bunch of pups got in on the action, including Zipper, Stella, Mollie, and Gordon. Everyone got along really well today, and it was pretty much non-stop action from early on in the morning.

 

Also in the big roll, Gordon and Benny were caught loving it up. What great buddies! 

 

 Over with the medium-size pups, I spotted Tikvah romping with Pupcake, and just had to grab the camera. These two girls both have a lot of sass (don't worry-- that's definitely a good thing!), and are a great match for each other. They always play together on days they both attend.

 

Gordon and I are going to be starting a cool exercise regimen we found online called "Pooch to 5k." Similar to the "couch to 5k" program that you can find from Cool Running, this program is designed with the dog owner (and of course the dog!) in mind. I think it'll be a fun way to spend more meaningful time with Gordon, and also to get us both into shape! I'll definitely take pictures and keep you all updated. :-D
