New Pup Pearl

Pearl was in bright and early this morning for her assessment. She is a super-adorable, three month old, two and a half pound, white and caramel colored Maltipoo.

Pearl headed upstairs to the Little Roll where we slowly introduced her to the other dogs. She wasn't too sure about the whole scenario but did explore the area a little bit. Pearl is a young dog that should began to branch out once she gets some more socialization and consistency under her belt. She is going to start attending Fort Fido two days a week and will be in our group training class in September. Way to go Pearl, we imagine you'll be running wild with the pack in no time!

Kaylee & a clip

Kaylee started at the fort this morning, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed! She is a two and a half year old, eight pound, cream colored Maltipoo. Kaylee is a perky little one and has been to doggie daycare before, she is fitting in well with the pack in the Small Roll.

Sarah Nugget

The fort has had quite a few new recruits this week. Nugget started Monday morning. He is a two year old, 15 pound Maltipoo. Nugget is settling into Fido's flow well and we just love his name! Sarah took the plunge this morning. She is a fiery, 10 month old, healthy black Labrador pup. So far so good!

Fall is a growth period for us, the wet weather starts, the kids are back in school and many dogs are left at home bored without enough exercise. That is where Fort Fido comes in. Bring them on in, "we'll get the "P & V" out of 'em" that's what mom likes to say lol.
